In line with the Rules on the Conduct of Assessment, UVTAB will commence the assessment of real-life projects on 31st March 2025 for candidates enrolled in Technical, Vocational, Agricultural and Biological Sciences and Business Diploma programs. This initiative is a key part of our commitment to fostering educational excellence and ensuring students are equipped with employable skills.

Real-life projects provide an important platform for students to demonstrate their creativity, innovation, and practical knowledge gained throughout their coursework. It is an integral aspect of their overall evaluation and plays a significant role in bridging theoretical learning with practical application.

UVTAB encourages all TVET providers to prioritize this exercise/activity, ensuring that candidates have access to the necessary facilities and materials. To facilitate a smooth process, we kindly request institutions to minimize other activities during this period.

We remind TVET providers to adequately prepare their students, offering guidance and support as they showcase their real-life projects. These projects represent not only assignments but valuable stepping stones towards entering the workforce, linking classroom knowledge with practical implementation.
